Harshi Mukundan is the interim department head of the Bioengineering and Biomedical Sciences Department in the Biosciences Area, and the Chemical and Biological Technologies Lead in Berkeley Lab’s Office of National Homeland Security and the Biosciences Area’s Strategic Programs Development Group. In these two roles, she leads a lab in the Biosciences Area, and a program focused on biosecurity research development.
