Christmas is a time for giving and, this year, we wanted to make Christmas extra special by transforming Chestnut Tree House in West Sussex into a magical winter wonderland ❄
The hospice, which is supported by our charity partner, @Togetherforshortlives supports children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them. We decked the halls and sprinkled some magic to create a festive space for seriously ill children and their families to enjoy over the festive period 🎅
