Welcome to Redemption! This is by far the most effective PCP build I have ever put together on any class, and performs especially well in battlegrounds.
Please note ; This footage and most of the video was recorded last patch, meaning the stats will differ slightly due to the new CP and armour system. The build still plays the same however, and I have had just as much success using it since Flames of Ambition dropped.
Currently, this build is not effective in Cyrodil as procs are disabled and none of the 3 sets here will work, but this build will play as intended when used in duels, Imperial city, and Battlegrounds. It will also be a monster when procs return to Cyrodil.
