Here is how it works. Mark yourself as LFT and your profile appears in the Player Finder directory. Captains browse the directory, check your profile, and reach out to you directly. Player Finder pairs with Team Finder, where you search for teams and apply yourself, so use both at once: you stay visible to captains while you browse and apply to rosters.
