This is Fluent Pronunciation Training #1... and it's a little different.
Normally these are quick 2-minute "listen and repeat" trainings I make for my EnglishLife members. This time I slowed the whole thing down to actually break it apart, analyze it, and show you what's really going on inside the sounds. Then at the end you get the full listen-and-repeat version so you can train your pronunciation right along with me.
Here's how to use it: Listen. Internalize. Practice. Repeat. Train your ears FIRST... then copy me out loud. The first round is always the hardest. After that, it gets easier every time.
