The Skip Counting Challenge: Skip counting is the direct foundation for multiplication and division! Instead of counting one by one, this session focuses on grouping. By training our eyes and minds to recognize mathematical patterns (like leaping over numbers to land on every second, third, or fourth digit), kids build a solid mental map of number relationships and early numeracy.
Hint: Try clapping your hands or tapping your foot on the skipped numbers to build a physical rhythm that matches the math patterns!
