Even if you're not that familiar with Eggplant, this fun dish is a great way to get to know Eggplant! Using breadcrumbs with Italian Spices, Parmesan Cheese, Pepper, and other simple ingredients already in your home or Trailer!
And yes, you can probably bake them, Try 350 for 10-15 minutes.
And because you'll ask, Can I use something other than Eggplant?
