Many of you will have tried this Kumihimo type braiding at primary school with a disc of cardboard and some brightly coloured wool.
Corinne Bradd has shrunk the yarn and increased the number of threads to create a grown-up friendship bracelet that is perfect for holding charm beads. Just remember to work your braid in the same direction each time and after a few rounds you will start to see the multicoloured cord appearing from the underside of the disc.
