I'm probably the only person who looked for the outfit pre release, basically there's 5 DLC outfits and one that's just randomly in the game somewhere hidden. My guess is its either underwater or in a dungeon in some obscure corner that you wouldn't go to naturally; this first spot at least checked the underwater box.
