I’ve encountered this officer before and it wasn’t pleasant. Last time, he shined a high powered flashlight in my face. He did his threat assessment but still kept the light in my face. He did it purposely so to intimidate and harass me. It was nice to see him again and remind him what he did wrong. Enjoy the video.
