After finally reaching the top of Dracula's castle, Halloween Chara enters the vampire court expecting to meet its legendary master.
Instead...
Everyone is ARGUING.
And somehow, the big debate is whether DIO should even be considered a real vampire.
Chara can only laugh at the absolute mess unfolding in front of him—but among all the vampires gathered in Dracula's court, one familiar face REALLY stands out.
🧛 Dracula's court is in chaos
😂 everyone is arguing about DIO
🎃 Halloween Chara enjoys the show
🔢 and...is that THE COUNT from Sesame Street?!
Apparently Dracula's standards for vampire membership are VERY inclusive.
