Description
No overnight fermentation, no complicated bread rules, no stressing over the “perfect” schedule. 😂 I mix it up, do my stretch and folds, let it hang out for a couple hours, and then I bake it. THAT’S IT. I don’t have time to worry about following a million rules when it comes to bread. If Ma could make bread on Little House on the Prairie, I feel like I can handle it in my kitchen. 😂
Anyway… I just wanted to show off my cool little loaf because LOOK AT HER. 👏🏻🍞 My knife is also ridiculously sharp and I love it, but clearly I need something that will help me cut these slices more evenly because apparently every piece of bread in my house needs to be a completely different size. 😂
