Description
This is a video critique and retrospective about Doom: The Dark Ages, examining how it fits into the rest of the new Doom franchise. It looks for connective tissue between the titles as well as thoroughly reviewing both the Dark Ages and the Ancient Gods DLC for Doom: Eternal. It analyzes how well the games fit together tonally, how well they aggree mechanically despite their differences, and whether or not the full narrative experience of them is coherent or satisfying. Spoilers throughout.
