Description
Joel Del Rosario spent 21 years in the Marine Corps and survived an IED blast in Iraq.
His advice?
Do one hard thing every day.
Maybe it is apologizing to someone.
Maybe it is prepping your meals when you said you would.
Maybe it is waking up earlier to train.
Hard is relative.
The point is the repetition.
Eventually harder becomes easier and the bar moves up on its own.
Then push a little further than you think you can. You do not need a traumatic event to build a tougher mind.
You just need to stop quitting at the first point of friction.
