In this video, I show how to replace the rear and front arm hinge shafts on the DJI Mini 5 Pro. This repair is simple and does not require professional experience. You only need a Torx T5 screwdriver, tweezers, and the correct replacement arm shafts.
Before buying parts, make sure you choose the correct hinge shaft for the side you are repairing. The rear right arm shaft is different from the rear left, so compare the new part with the original shaft before installation.
You will see how to remove the rear arm shaft hidden under the sticker, install the new rear shaft, replace the front arm hinge shaft, avoid pinching motor wires, and check that the arm folds smoothly after reassembly.
