Hey, Hi, Hello!
Well, here is a recent DIY Project of mine, one to create some budget friendly summer sandals, without the hefty price tag, but also to recreate a pair of my favourite shoes. Now, while I didn't recreate them, due to not finding the right kind of shoes second hand, I did create a base similar, and some mega cool summer friendly shoes, that also have that alternative edge. All for under $20 AUD!
I got the studs/spikes from AliExpress and eBay, the shoes from Depop and everything else, I already had. I recommend buying the studs in bulkier quantities, especially if you have other projects you could use them for, as it reduces unit prices.
