Delicate vase made of toilet paper and jars
Simple craft tutorial with paper. To make a vase, you will need tin cans, I have them short, so I use 2. Instead of toilet paper, you can use napkins, but making a long thread from toilet paper is much easier.
I use a wet towel to curl paper threads. I glue the still wet threads to the jar with PVA glue and again cover the entire jar with PVA glue on top for strength.
I scribble the background for decoupage with white acrylic paint.
I glue the motif (napkin with flowers).
I knead the modeling mass (cold porcelain). For this job, it doesn't matter what potato or corn starch you choose.
I cut the butterfly out of the mass, use tablespoons to shape the wings.
Then I paste over the butterflies. A small butterfly suited me more for this work. I decorate a vase for her and cover everything with PVA glue.
