This week has been a whirlwind of surprises and preparations as we get ready to sell our home and move to a new adventure in Florida! Amidst the chaos, we barely had time to consider the looming threat of Hurricane Helena.
At the start of the week, we dove into decluttering and cleaning our house to make it market-ready. Our kids have been incredible helpers, but we wanted to bring some normalcy back to their lives, so we carved out special moments for family time amidst the busyness. Terra and I also made a commitment to prioritize our health by returning to the gym, and we took the kids out for a little shopping spree to lift everyone's spirits as we navigate this major life change.
As the week progressed, we had to scramble as a family to stock up on hurricane supplies at Walmart, all while keeping an eye on tornado warnings and heavy rain in our area. It was a race against the clock, but we pulled together and made it a bonding experience. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all families affected by the storm. Join us as we navigate this hectic week filled with challenges, laughter, and preparation for our exciting new chapter!

- Aydah is 14 years old, and is in 9th grade. She loves caring for others, and also being a goofball
- Rory is no longer the youngest! She is officially a big sister to our new family member baby Wren!!
