the intention of this piece is about taking that drunk feeling, where things don’t matter as much and just embracing that moment for a second. being the extreme over thinker that i am, this piece was really important for me to teach because i know how pressuring classes can be sometimes.
so to see the amount of SMILES, TEARS, LAUGHS, HUGS, throughout this class…. thank you guys for getting ‘drunk’ with me:)
god is truly so incredible. i am so lucky and blessed to have moments like these with such beautiful human beings.
