In this video, I am sharing my daily habits to regulate my nervous system and what my real life actually looks like as a 35-year old mom of two and a startup founder. It's unglamorous, it's unaesthetic but it's real. On this day, I spent most of the day managing my global team for Ariblake from my computer - which is what most of my days look like at the moment since we are still in the building stages of the company. Other days, I am filming content or running between meetings and appointments (let me know if you would like to see what those days look like too!). But the highlight of my day is always spending time with my family. This day was more challenging than usual because both of my kids were having a lot of big feelings and my husband was away on business. Even though it was a challenging day, I like to look at every obstacle from the lens of opportunity to guide and support my kids through these bumps in the road. I try my best to be a sturdy parent for them. If you're a parent to littles, I really hope you will find some of these tools helpful.
