Theses Cheat Codes make Broly able to transform only if some conditions are met (Capsules, Ki bars, etc), render him unable to transform in the Tournaments, allow him to start in Legendary Super Saiyan Form when the Breakthrought capsule is in his Skills Tray.
Theses new cheat codes have been added to the Budokai 3 pnach files (which you can find at the bottom of this page) :

Ces codes de triche pour le jeu Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 personnalise la transformation en Super Sayen Légendaire de Broly : Il ne pourra se transformer que si certaines capsules sont dans son inventaire et que ses barres de ki son au max, il ne pourra plus se transformer dans le tournois, il pourra débuter les combats en Super Sayen Légendaire quand la capsule Percée est dans son inventaire des techniques.
