In this video I'll be testing out and reviewing the Creality Sermoon S1 3D Scanner. The Sermoon S1 is the fastest scanner I have used so far and features multiple laser modes. It has 34 blue laser lines for quick scanning, 7 parallel lines for high detail scanning, and a single blue laser line for scanning deep holes and pockets. It also features an NIR mode for scanning without the need for markers and a color RGB camera for capturing color detail. While this scanner does connect through a USB cord, there is an optional Scan Bridge accessory that you can purchase separately in order to scan wirelessly. As far as the price goes, this is more expensive than other models but I think it's worth it for the quick scanning alone. At 90FPS, this 3D scanner blows away every other scanner I've used when it comes to speed. The detail came out fantastic on all the scans I tested out and I also rarely lost tracking. Which if some of you know, can be a big problem with some of the other 3D scanners on the market. If you're looking for a 3d scanner that is more for professional use, captures high detail with high speed, and is very simple to use, I would definitely recommend looking into this one.
