I was told about police activity in my area, so I grabbed my equipment and headed out. It seems Salinas PD thought there was reason to hold this unarmed lady at gun point. The apparent brother of this lady got upset over me recording with no regard for his sister. Remember everybody don't talk to police. They are not your friend and only want to get another felon conviction under their belt for monetary gain such as bonuses, promotions with higher pay and use you to step on your people to get it.
