Hi friends, in this video I have made a 4-axis Wi-Fi Robotic Arm powered by an ESP32 microcontroller running its own local Access Point (Soft AP) web server.
Our robot arm features 4 servo motors for precise control over the base rotation, arm up/down movement, arm extension/retraction, and gripper clamping. Instead of needing an external router, internet connection, or app download, the ESP32 hosts a slick, responsive PlayStation-style dual-joystick web portal directly in its flash memory that you can access instantly from any phone, tablet, or PC browser! We also engineered a custom power distribution PCB with bulk filtering capacitors to eliminate inductive voltage spikes and prevent ESP32 brownout resets.
