Congrats to @marcusbuchecha on signing with the @UFC!
Back in July 2020, I had the chance to capture some of his very first MMA photos and video—right in the middle of the pandemic.
With @dc_mma preparing for his trilogy fight against Miocic, training looked a lot different. No big gyms. No crowds. Just raw work in DC’s garage, surrounded by killers trying to stay sharp in lockdown.
Also grinding in that space were @kylecrutchmer, @deron_winn, @nickypich96, @sweetpeamma—pushed by some of the best minds in the game: @akajav, @rosendo_sanchez, @crazybobcook, @tiago.beowulf, and @leandrovbteam.
Moments like these are part of the journey. Congrats again, Champ.
