With my immune system and cellular function compromised from mold exposure, it made it so much easier for other things to attack my body. đ My health declined so quickly over just a few months, but I am incredibly grateful for the doctor God led me to. He has been such a gift in my healing journey.
I would never wish to go through what I did againđ, but I truly believe God had a purpose in it. He used my weak body to lead me to a doctor who genuinely caresâŠnot just about me, but ESPECIALLY about my children.
There were little things I had been concerned about with my kids for a while. We kept hearing things like, âWeâll just watch it and see what happens,â âThe test was negative, so Iâm not sure,â or, âItâs normal, theyâll grow out of it.â I eventually stopped pushing, but deep down I still felt like something wasnât right.
Looking back, I can see Godâs hand in all of it. He wasnât just leading me toward healing, He was looking after my children too. What felt like one of the hardest seasons of my life became the very thing He used to bring our whole family to someone who would search for answers instead of settling for uncertainty.
