For one Midlands mother, the pain of losing her daughter to gun violence has become a mission to help other families — a message she brought to a community safety summit in Columbia.
Saleemah Graham lost her 15-year-old daughter, Sanaa Amenhotep, to gun violence in 2021. Graham said the loss is a pain she lives with every day.
