At the Love Unleashed Retreat 2026, we were appreciative to be joined by HeartMath Institute research collaborator Malathy Muthu, PhD, a machine learning engineer & AI expert in emerging technologies. Drawing from two of the largest heart rate variability biofeedback studies ever conducted, Dr. Muthu took us on a journey through the analysis of millions upon millions of heartbeats, and the amazing connection this new research uncovered between our emotions, heart rhythms, the Earth, and solar cycles.
