A fascinating flight from New York City to Frankfurt/Germany during night, right through Northern Lights, visible Milky Way ahead.
Shooting stars, star constellations and satellite movements on this intercontinental flight through the pitch dark night over the Atlantic Ocean (NAT HLA / High Level Airspace) and over Middle East deserts.
All from the pilot perspective of an airliner flightdeck in 41.000 ft.

Nighttime time lapse photography and filming is generally somewhat challenging, this is even more true in the special light conditions and environment of a jet cockpit. I used it for the first time and I am still learning about setting, editing etc. for a better viewing experience. But I personally liked the footage so much, I couldn't resist to show it now to you.
