This summer, Cadbury united 14 of the nation’s favourite football clubs to help build a new Common Ground for Grenfell AFC’s Men’s and Women’s teams. In October we celebrated the launch of their new home with the team, community and some familiar faces.
This is only the beginning of our journey as we continue to support local communities, but we couldn't of got here without your continued support - so thank you.
