v.18/v.18.1 introduced some bugs with how the song scanning process worked, and v.18.2 hopes to fix a lot of those issues. There's a couple other new features as well like being able to press Select at the Main Menu to go straight to the song that's playing as well as the song scanning box being a lot more transparent about what's currently happening so it doesn't look like it got stuck or froze. There's some bug fixes in there as well for other things not relating to scanning.
There is also no song included with this release.
