Clean and Restore an Original Juicy Couture Pink Baby Fluff Purse

Description

I'm usually crafting but I am helping my sister restore her Juicy Couture purse I bought her in the early 2000's. In total I restored 4 purse and each worse than the last.

This series was a lot of work and took almost 12 hours total.
I dampened the purse sections by hand and first hand scrubbed it with Shout.
Hand rinsed and then hand scrubbed with a Dawn and water mix.
During and after each section was cleaned the leather was wiped clean with a dry towel.
Each section was brushed with a soft bristled nail brush keep the velour and terry from stiffening.
Squeeze with a dry towel to remove excess water.
I used a large dog groomer dryer to dry the bags mostly and then hung dry to complete.
Once completely dry brush again in the direction of the fabric to fluff and soften the texture.
The gold or silver laminate on the inside pockets may peal or crack. I brushed it completly off with the soft nail brush and removed the gold and silver. These bags are for my sister's personal use and she would rather have a pretty and clean bag and not worry about the inside pockets.

Please comment any questions if I am. able to help.
