Description
💪 Is your lower back constantly flaring up? Doctor of Physical Therapy, Karena Wu (IG: https://www.instagram.com/activecarephysicaltherapy/) shows you abdominal bracing — the foundation of deep core stability and one of the most effective exercises for low back pain relief.
Here's how to do it:
🛏️ Lie on your back with knees bent and feet hip-width apart.
🌀 Engage your core by pulling your belly button in toward your spine.
⚠️ Do not tilt your pelvis, flare your ribs, hold your breath, or shrug your shoulders.
⏱ Hold at least 10 seconds, then release slowly.
🔁 Do 10 reps. 2 to 3 sets.
