Hundreds of rescuers are racing against time to save dozens of people trapped under mud and debris following flash landslides in southwestern China on Friday morning. Video footage captured by residents in Pengshui Miao and Tujia in Chongqing, shows buildings buried by a massive landslide near the Wu River. Local officials detected sporadic rockfalls, prompting them to issue an emergency warning at about 8am. More than 60 people were evacuated from the area before the landslide came crashing down about an hour later.
