Here's how to do it:
🪑 Sit up tall and keep your chin parallel to the floor.
👆 Place one or two fingers on your chin as a guide.
↩️ Slide your head straight back in space using your fingers to guide you.
👂 Align your ears over your shoulders to reset your head over your torso.
🔁 Do 10 reps. Repeat throughout the day.
