Castles Made of Sand backwards solo and forward, to show how Jimi actually played it while listening to the backwards rhythm track. The majority of the solo is in G minor, exept when he goes back to the verse (G major). Looking at the phrases he played, it seems he was really able to predict how it would sound once the tape was flipped back forward!
