So in general the community response seems to be like who cares. Since as pointed out by comments, its gated by weight, durability and energy, as well as no 3rd party software or botting involved just the R key in the clusters.
I didn't put up comments asking for locations to keep this short, but here is another location you might enjoy 1:18 right in Calpheon Next to Storage. Also there is some clusters at Ahto Farm, will do another video showing more points of interest near velia.
