Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 is one of the most lauded video games in the Dragon Ball franchise. Despite how many people have spoken about it since its release, I had never heard anyone actually cover how people began talking about the game in the first place. Aware that a magazine article, a behind-the-scenes feature and a handful of videos showing an early build were all that people ever discussed about its history, I decided to research the game and find out just exactly how the world first knew about Budokai 3.
