With food prices rising, this budget-friendly meal is easy and delicious. I use "store brand" items to keep costs down for a quick and easy main dish.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Pasta (or 2 large Mashed Potatoes)
1 Jar of Mushrooms and liquid (4.5 oz.)
1-2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Can Roast Beef with broth (12 oz.)
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon Beef Bouillon
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Dash of black pepper
(Optional) 1/2 Tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch in 2 oz. water
