Brown Mutton Recipe - Boiled & Fried Meat - Munchies Street Food Yum

Firstly they cut Mutton meat and scale the meat, then he adds the water then he adds the salt.
then he close the LID and add more water and cook until Meat tender and all water dry. then he adds the 3 cups of Cooking oil and adds green chillies and fry the mutton for few minutes.
then he strain all the oil from lid.then he adds the Grinded Coriander seeds, then he adds the Black pepper. then he adds the salt, the he adds the Chinese salt. and in last he adds the Ginger and adds little water. and give it a good mix and serve.
