Included are some standard Emergency Ambulances (DCA - Double Crewed Ambulance) along with some specialist vehicles such as the Guys and St Thomas' ECMO Retrieval Team vehicles, and CATS - the Children's Acute Transport Service which deals primarily in the transport of Level 3 Intensive Care patients (the highest level of Intensive Care a patient can receive).
