A ceremony was held on November 27, 2025, in Toulon to mark the delivery of Jacques Stosskopf, the second of four Force Supply Ships (BRF) being procured under the French Navy’s Logistics Fleet (FLOTLOG) program. The ship was formally accepted by the Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation (OCCAR) and the French Directorate General of Armament (DGA).

The Jacques Stosskopf is the second of four BRFs being built for the French Navy under the FLOTLOG program. The ships were ordered in January 2019 by the Joint Organization for Armament Cooperation (OCCAR), acting on behalf of the French Directorate General of Armament (DGA), from a temporary industrial consortium composed of Chantiers de l’Atlantique and Naval Group.
