Have not been fingerboarding too much recently. I filmed this video about a month ago and I couldn't tell you why it took so long to put it out. In the meantime I've started a new job and have gotten more serious about my health, so overall net positive I suppose. Mental health is improving slowly and I'm optimistic for the future. I have another video that I'm gonna be making from the footage from this same session, so I should have that out later this week.
