► BMPCC OG vs RED Komodo-X | Side By Side Camera Test
Note, I'm not a colorist, so this was just to see the differenced between the two when applying a simple REC-709 conversion. I tried to match them ever so slightly in exposure and color balance, but for the most part, kept them true to how they looked naturally.
CAM A - BMPCC OG - Canon 28mm EF IS USM
CAM B - RED Komodo-X - Canon 35mm EF IS USM
Both were shot at 800 ISO and kept right around F4, or best I could. Both shot in their full sensor resolution and scaled to 16x9 on the RED. No upscale on the OG, but the project was exported in 4K.
Shot on the original Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and RED Komodo-X.
