Ahead of season 4, where fated raids will feature again, Blizzard have to deal with the issue of tier set bonuses. Balancing nightmare to allow players to mix and match, so they are going to poll the playerbase to see which one wins for each spec. This would be dubious but understandable under normal circumstances, but why are they allowing Gnomes to vote?
