Ozzie and Daniel Silna made the greatest sports settlement in American Sports history when their ABA team, the Spirits of St. Louis were bought out during the ABA/NBA merger. The Silna brothers got millions from the NBA over the next decades.
On the 4/7 Revenue Part:
I mixed up 2 different sources in the "4/7" part of the video. I never said 1/7 * 4 = 4/7 in the video, never. The Silna's did indeed get 4/7 of the TV revenue that each NBA team got(each of the 22 NBA teams at the time ). So, 4/7 is the correct share. Sorry if some got confused by that, I could have made that more clear about that :)
