Beit She'an is in ruins because of an earthquake centuries ago, however more importantly it is in ruins because the people of the city turned their backs to God and did not obey Him.
The hill in the far back of the video is the hill where King Saul and his son Jonathan’s bodies were hanged from the city gates.
