Here Fleetsync provides context for the story behind the characters of the PMV:
"These characters are from an old story that's lived in my head for around 10 years now that I just call "Perilcats". There's a lot of players but this PMV just focuses on Aries (rusty brown cat) and Noah (b/w cat) and the start of their relationship. Aries has recently been abandoned by her brother in a forest fire and is dealing with feelings of betrayal when she meets Noah, who's left his hometown in search of adventure. Noah falls head over heels immediately, but is concerned that Aries is privately going through something rough. Aries likes the way Noah is so happy to be with her and is studiously pretending she's okay, which she definitely isn't and which leads to trouble (and a little villain arc for her) later on. I know they seem wholesome here but they're like the disaster couple of the story lol. Thanks for watching!"
