Description
Firing up the Silverbac pellet grill for some smoked chicken thighs! Using skin on, bone in, chicken thighs produces the best results.
Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken thighs
Salt & Pepper rub
5 oz. BBQ sauce
1 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
Smoke at 210 F. for 1 hour
Finish at 350 F. for 30-45 minutes
Cook skin side down.
