In October 2020, BankGod375 was accused alongside Pooh Shiesty of shooting and robbing two men during a street purchase of marijuana and high-end sneakers in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. This incident would land himself three and half years in federal prison, and Pooh Shiesty a five-year prison sentence behind bars.
With that ordeal behind him, Bank is now free and ready to take on the music industry as the next up-and-coming rapper out of Memphis. In this sit-down interview with Kollege Kidd media, Bank not only sheds light on the incident that landed him in federal prison, but also speaks on fellow Memphis artist Moneybagg Yo showing him support during his trial, and eventually inviting him to a show upon his release.
Bank further opens up on the passing up close friend Big Scarr and Memphis legend Young Dolph. He furthers speaks on his friendship with Lil Durk, and offers words of encouragement for the Chicago rapper as he awaits trial in his "murder-for-hire" case.
BankGod375 is also sure to spark some discussion with his list of Memphis natives whom he believes belongs on Memphis Rap Mount Rushmore, including Yo Gotti, Young Dolph, Three 6 Mafia and NLE Choppa.
